Shipping and Delivery Policy
This page sets clear customer expectations for delivery before Shree Mangal goes live. Final courier timelines may change after Shiprocket is connected.
Current delivery area
Online orders are currently planned for Madhya Pradesh only. This rule is kept because the business is not yet ready for all-India GST-enabled interstate selling. Admin can change allowed states/pincodes later.
Delivery modes
Orders may be delivered through courier partners connected via Shiprocket after live integration. Until then, shipping status in the website is prepared in foundation/mock mode.
COD and prepaid
COD orders may include a delivery/COD handling charge. Online prepaid orders can be set as free delivery from the admin settings.
Expected dispatch flow
- Customer places order on the website.
- Admin verifies product, payment mode and customization requirements.
- Order moves to packing/production.
- Shipment is created through courier/Shiprocket after integration.
- Customer can track the order from the Track Order page.
